The Ann Arbor Public Schools Educational Foundation is a non-profit organization separate from the Ann Arbor Public Schools that serves as the one true vehicle for private giving to public schools in Ann Arbor. We support excellence and innovation in our public schools by raising private funds to support programs not covered in the core budget.

The need for private funding for public education in Ann Arbor is greater than ever.
Following are some ways to give now
:

Million Reasons Campaign:
In the face of state budget cuts, disappearing programs, and a lack of resources, the very things that make our public schools special are being threatened. The Ann Arbor Public Schools Educational Foundation is taking a bold stand. We are aiming to raise one million dollars to help fund some of the very programs that could disappear.

Donate to a Tribute Fund or Establish a Tribute Fund:
To honor retiring teachers and staff, the Ann Arbor Public Schools Educational Foundation welcomes parents, former students and colleagues to create named funds within the Educational Foundation.  Contributions made to the Educational Foundation under the name of a retiring teacher can be designated to support programs chosen by the teacher.
